These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games (the "Games") and website at kgamesstudio.com (together, the "Services") provided by K Games Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. License to Use the Games
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our Games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the Game (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Games, except where permitted by applicable law;
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Games;
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their servers, or other players' enjoyment of the Games;
- Resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Games.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Our Games may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items or currency ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and their payment terms apply. Except where required by law or by app store policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may modify, manage, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.
4. Advertising
Our Games may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the products and services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for information about how advertising partners process data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all games, artwork, code, characters, music, and trademarks, are owned by K Games Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K Games Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose or fifty (50) US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
9. Children
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Games. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease using the Services.
